The Janesville Community Development Authority has prepared the Public Housing Agency 2027 Annual Plan beginning January 1, 2027. The plan identifies the housing needs of families in Janesville, proposes strategies to meet those needs, and describes the policies and procedures used in administering the City of Janesville Rent Assistance program.

All interested residents are invited to express their views on the 2027 Annual Plan. Beginning August 7, 2026, copies of the draft plan are available for public review and inspection at the Neighborhood & Community Services Department, 18 North Jackson St., Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM; and on the City’s website: Housing Services | Janesville, WI (janesvillewi.gov).
