Michelle Laube was promoted to the position of City Assessor on February 6, 2017. Michelle has over 25 years of real estate experience, and has worked for the City of Janesville since 2008. She has held every position in the City Assessor’s Office. Michelle holds an Assessor 2 and Assessor 3 certification from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. She has served on the Executive Board as a director and chapter president for the Wisconsin Association of Assessing Offices (WAAO). Michelle has also served as a liaison for the Wisconsin Real Property Listers Association (WRPL).
