Director Lee is a graduate of UW-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Forest Science and is a lifelong Janesville resident. After interning for the City during his college years, Ethan joined the City team as a Parks and Forestry Coordinator. In 2021, he was promoted to the position of Public Works Operations Superintendent and, in 2024, became the Operations Director.
