Federal Clauses for Fuel Vendors

Approximately every 3-5 weeks JT purchases diesel fuel for use in the JT transit buses. Quotes are obtained via phone and the selected vendor is required to sign, date and submit the Overall Federal Regulation Compliance document.

The federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program revision requires Janesville Transit (JT) to update its DBE Policy Statement and Program. This change includes the requirement that all Fuel vendors complete the DBE Bidder List Data Form; at the time of first bid, annually in January of each year, and with resubmission any time information on the form changes.
