Friday, December 5th, 2025

Jingle Bell Hunt-Presented by Avondale Roofing and Paull Chiropractic

Time: 5:30 p.m. (before the lighting the jingle tree ceremony)
Fee: Free
Location: Courthouse Park (51 S. Main Street)
Description: Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way. Oh, what fun it is to run to collect bells and prizes in Courthouse Park today, yay! This fun event is for kids under age 12 and will occur before the official tree lighting ceremony in Courthouse Park. 

Lighting the Jingle Tree (Hosted by JJJ Committee)

Time: 6:00 p.m.

Location: Marvin W. Roth Community Pavilion (51 S. Main Street)
Description: A festive evening of holiday cheer, music, treats, and the magical moment our community tree lights up the night!

Jingle on the Square

Time: 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Fee: Free
Location: Town Square & BHCCU Festival Street (21 Dodge St)
Description: A holiday light-up dance party with a DJ spinning festive tunes is sure to get everyone in the spirit. Glow sticks, holiday character photo spots, and bonfires for roasting (s'mores & hot chocolate).

Jingle Boom! Holiday Fireworks-Presented by Josleyn Services, Downtown Janesville Inc., Classy Rascals, & The Sugar Exchange

Time: 6:45 p.m.
Fee: Free
Location: Library Park (316 S. Main Street)
Description: Kick off your weekend with a pop of holiday cheer! Watch as bursts of red, green, and gold fireworks light up the downtown sky and sparkle over the Rock River in a dazzling winter display.

Frost & Sprinkle Fun

Time: 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Fee: Free
Location: Janesville Senior Activity Center (69 South Water Street)
Description: Join us for a jolly good time. Decorate your cookie on site or take it to go. A cookie, frosting, and sprinkles are provided while supplies last.

Holiday Lighted Parade- Presented by Josleyn Transport

Time: 6:00 p.m.
Fee: Free
Location: Downtown Janesville; See map for route information at www.JanesvilleJollyJingle.com
Description: Be amazed at the themed lighted floats, marching groups, and others bringing holiday cheer and joy to downtown. Santa makes a grand entrance at the end of the parade.
