The City of Janesville offers an online Bill Pay Portal to

pay your Janesville municipal utility bill with a credit or debit card.

Customers choosing to pay by credit or with debit card will be assessed a convenience fee.

The City of Janesville does not accept American Express, we apologize for the inconvenience. 

Customers can also send a check with the return envelope provided with your bill for no fees. Our payment window at City Hall is open Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m. to noon. For questions, contact the Utility Billing Specialist at (608) 755-3090.
